Healthier Snack Alternatives

I am a HUGE popcorn girly when it comes to going to the movies! I decided to try some snacks from Target instead of buying at the theater. Not only did this save me so much $$$ but it also helped me stay on track during my cut💪🏼 Life is all about balance; it might not be the healthiest option but it is a great alternative for when I want a little treat!

Review on the Alani Gummis - maybe this is a hot take but I loved these SO much more than the smart sweet gummies. They had good flavor and they weren’t too sticky. NOW full disclosure, these are not going to taste exactly as amazing as a regular gummi.
