Blueberry Lemon Drop 🫐🍋- w/ Don Julio Reposado

I love a Lemon Drop 🍸🍋with Reposado of course …. Here is the recipe for my favorite summer drink that makes 2 perfect Martinis 🍸🍸

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh blueberries🫐

4 oz Don Julio Repo 🥃

1.5 oz fresh lemon juice 🍋

1 oz Cointreau 🍊

1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice 🧊

Sugar for rimming the glasses

Lemon slices and a few extra blueberries for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Glasses:

Rub a lemon slice around the rim of two martini glasses.

Dip the rims into sugar to coat them. Set the glasses aside.

Muddle the Blueberries:

In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh blueberries and muddle them until they’re well crushed.

Mix the Drink:

Add the tequila, lemon juice, Cointreau , simple syrup, and a handful of ice to the shaker.

Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.

Strain and Serve:

Strain the mixture evenly into the two prepared glasses.

Garnish each drink with a lemon slice and a few extra blueberries.

Enjoy:
