My GUILTY Pleasure - Sonic Drink Combination idea

Yes I’m sipping on a once in a while treat that is also a guilty pleasure. My 100oz of water for the day is not finished yet but I felt like treating myself today! Where are my peeps who “occasionally “ treat themselves to a treat? I do my best most of the time to make more nutritious choices that are better for my body. And let’s be honest also serve and align with my goals better. But you only live once and I don’t like to live in a state of “deprivation.”

Today my guilty pleasure treat is a large Coke with vanilla and a lime wedge from sonic! The reason for treating myself today is for a couple reasons. For the last month I have been working really hard to workout 5x a week. Usually lifting and some Pilates workouts I found on YouTube. And then when my husband gets home, he works out and I take the opportunity to get my butt outside and take a walk with my daughter. I usually do a controlled speed walk where I can focus on my breathing. Each day is different and there have been a few times where the day with wfh with my daughter didn’t go as planned and my workout comes after my husband gets home. But I committed to getting it done! So cheers to goals and no matter what stage you are at with them, it’s okay to treat yourself and celebrate the small wins!! Now to continue on with my goals!!
