how to: fluffy eggs

eggs are my number 1 breakfast staple. i eat eggs almost everyday (lol) and i would like to think i have perfected them.

here is how to get the perfect fluffy eggs:

ingredients:

eggs

heavy whipping cream

(or milk, up to you)

steps:

- crack your eggs, and add to a bowl

- add in 1.5 tsp of your liquid of choice, i used heavy whipping cream

- whisk side to side to combine egg whites & yolk

- add butter to pan on medium high heat

- once butter has melted, add in your eggs

- immediately stir in figure 8 motion

- once eggs begin to clump/curd up lower your heat

- cook until there’s no liquid left

- top with salt and pepper to taste

- enjoy

and that’s all it takes to have restaurant worthy eggs!!!
