FREE CHAGEE BBT (complaints & resolution)

So you guys must have heard of the FREE CHAGEE BBT voucher / promo code for 2-4 August.

They had so much marketing strategies and the effect has definitely exceeded the company’s expectation.

1. The queue at Orchard Gateway was INSANE! 🤯🤯 AT LEAST 2 hours of queuing time…

2. They had to restrict the number of cups that each person could buy so for those people who bought many $1 vouchers from GRAB/ SHOPEE couldn’t use all of their vouchers and someone would rather give up the vouchers than to queue for 2-3 hours..

✨RESOLUTION

1. You can now use the voucher in ALL of Chagee’s outlets including Plaza Sing and Raffles City and the queue is MUCH SHORTER than Orchard and you can wait in an aircon environment.

2. Voucher from Shopee has been extended to 11 Aug. But I am not too sure about GRAB vouchers

BUT if you still want to blind box gifts then you got to go to the Orchard outlet
