This is where we lived in Da Nang

We recently rented a spacious villa at 113 Bà Huyện Thanh Quan, 113/2, in Da Nang for our family of seven. This villa boasts a large living room, spread across three floors with four bathrooms and six bedrooms, making it more than comfortable for our group.

The yard is fitted with artificial grass and features a swimming pool with adorable floats, creating a perfect family area where we spent most of our days. For dining, the outdoor area is well-equipped for BBQs, enhancing our experience. There’s even a sauna room, which we didn’t try, but it seemed like a unique addition.

Room arrangements were thoughtfully made to accommodate our family. The eldest, my mother-in-law, stayed in the convenient bedroom downstairs. My husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom on the second floor, which comes with a private bathroom. My mom and our baby son shared a room, also on the second floor, where a baby cot was provided. Our 5-year-old daughter had her room on the same floor, sharing a bathroom with my mom. My brother-in-law occupied the top floor, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room, providing him ample space.

A word of caution for families with young children: the stairs can be a bit of a hazard for those under three years old due to their tendency to crawl up and down.

While we booked a daily cleaning service, it was somewhat disappointing. It seems our standards of hygiene weren’t quite met, which is something future renters might want to consider.

Overall, our stay was delightful, marked by convenience, family bonding by the pool, and comfortable living spaces. If you’re planning a family trip to Da Nang and looking for spacious accommodation, this villa is worth considering — just keep an eye on the little ones around those stairs!
