I think we can all agree that Bali is a hub of digital nomads, seeing so many people working remotely on their laptops at a cafe in Bali seems like a dream.
What we ordered:
1. Crispy corn fritters with poached egg, jalapeño, acovado salsa, sour cream and crispy bacon ($8.50) - basically everything I love on a plate. Poached eggs were cooked to perfection, jalapeño and avo salsa elevated this dish to a mexican inspired dish.
2. Smashed Avo with marinated feta, dukkah and whipped tahini ($8) - classic avo smash on toast, they serve a pretty decent sourdough toast
The wait for food in Bali is slightly longer than in Singapore, would say an approx of 30-40mins wait for our food to arrive at every cafe/restaurant we’ve been to. So do cater time for that as well when you plan for your trip!
