my #1 book as an athlete

I came across this book sometime last year when i was dealing with a lot of self doubt and negative self talk. I never understood why i was that way but this book pretty much summed it all up for me.

This is one of the most impactful books i’ve read to date. Not to say it’ll resolve your issues immediately — but when you better understand the why & practice the solutions, you’re sure to maximise your performance.
