Postpartum Rage.. Is it Just me 🫣🫥

#letschat Mamas, I need to know—has anyone else experienced postpartum rage? Lately, I’ve been feeling so on edge, impatient, and irritable. Even the smallest tasks seem to set me off, and I find myself avoiding texts because I feel impulsive and like I just don’t have the energy to deal or respond right now. Normally, I’m the type to drop everything for my friends and family, but lately, I just don’t feel like being social, and I don’t want to be touched. I feel completely overstimulated. 😔

Is this normal, or am I alone in feeling this way? Please share your experiences if you’ve been through this—only nice comments, please. Let’s be kind and supportive 💕
