it’s the bees knees 🐝😅

Today while pumpkin was out exploring the yard, she got stung by a bee. By the time I realized what bug she was about to catch, she had gotten stung.

She didn’t cry out or whimper, so at first I was unsure. Although she didn’t put any weight on it for a few seconds. I had checked it out and it had seemed fine. There was no stinger left in her paw.

After a few minutes passed, her paw started to swell up. It ended up being twice the size as her other paw!! I put it on an ice pack to help reduce the swelling and kept an eye on it all day.

She was pretty tired throughout the day, but continued to go on as normal. She was even crawling up and down her cat tree only an hour later. The swelling disappeared by the time morning came around #catmomsoflemon8 #cat #catsoflemon8 #outsidecat #bee #oregonlife
