I found these items at Goodwill, FB Marketplace, OfferUp, and Flea Markets

Having a dome top steamer trunk was a flex back in the 1800s because it meant your luggage wouldn’t be stacked like the flat top trunks. It was a status symbol of the rich and since these trunks couldn’t be stacked it means the wealthy got their things off the ships first.
