Wanted to give this place a try since there were so many good reviews on lemon8. Honestly, I think this place is abit overhyped, as the food tasted pretty average but the portion was huge for the price.

2. Kedai Doby Shanghai 👗

Went to this thrift shop nearby R&C, their selection was pretty wide but the price range is similar to SG’s thrift shops.

3. Atelier Hotel 🏨 ⭐️

2nd time staying at this hotel and I’m still loving it. More info on my previous JB post. (Might make a post on this hotel)

💸$48/night (standard king room)

4. Johor Premium Outlet 👜

This is where you can find brands like Coach, Prada, Nike, Adidas, etc. at a discounted price. It was pretty far away from everything and nothing really caught our eyes, can give it a miss if you don’t have much time.

5. PowerTea Loklok 🍢 ⭐️

Everything was only 1.1 RM per stick, including the prawns. They have a huge variety of sauces and skewers to choose from. Highly recommend you to get the cheesemayo, it was so good that I wanted to dabao some back🤣 totally recommend trying!!

6. loud Speaker 🎤 ⭐️

Super affordable karaoke place at only 28 RM/pax for 3 hrs with free flow ice cream and drinks ( a lot to choose from). The room was spacious and clean with 3 mics (they provide the covers). Song selection was pretty up to date!

7. Euro Fun Park 🎡

A fun place to relive all your childhood memories! We only took the sky rider as there weren’t many people there. (We didn’t dare to take it ourselves🤣) Entry fee was 5 RM; 1 token is 5 RM; rides are 2-6 tokens, and games are mostly 2 tokens. Honestly, it's quite expensive, but it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience!!

8. Niu Mo Wang 🍜 (beef noodle)

My sis recommended me this beef noodle place where she always eats. We ordered the original with chu mi fen. Honestly, not a fan of the original soup but the beef was another level good! Will come back to try the Hong Shao one!

9. Home By Tales Of Paws 🐶 (dog & cat cafe) ⭐️

2nd time visiting this dog cafe and I’m still loving it. If you like big dogs, you should definitely check this place out. They have a wide variety of dogs from poms to Alaskas and a separate time slot for cats and corgis only. The dogs were super friendly, they come to you automatically without treats. They also have a cafe and pet shop.

10. Zen Village Massage 💆🏼‍♀️

Super affordable massage place! They provide foot and full body massages, we chose the full body massage, which was in separate rooms. My masseuse was from Thai and she was super nice. Knowing that it was my first time massaging she told me that I would feel sore afterwards so she helped me reduce it by using hot stone and oil.

💸 $15/1 hr for full body (Try to tip them)

11. KSL 🧳

We went to KSL to shop since it was near the massage place and found this pastel purple luggage. Needed a bigger luggage so I bought it. They have so many others colours and designs!!

💸$50++ for a 28-inch one

11. Hai Di Lao 🍲⭐️

Is mandatory to eat HDL at JB cause it’s so cheap! Ordered a full portion of the Iberico, half portion of pork belly, cheese tofu, prawn paste and their crayfish. Was really happy they have the mala milk broth, which both of us were craving. I did my nails after our meal since there wasn’t a queue, staff was super friendly and nice to accommodate to my requests!!
