On Mondays I work from home but Tuesdays Iβm in the office, so I like to start Monday off strong to set the tone for the week.
This Monday was a little atypical cause my workout was at night, but overall the basics are consistent with my daily routine.
6:00 pm - I finish work around 6 almost everyday. Best feeling is closing that laptop!!!
Prep for Tuesday in the office - I like to get everything prepared for the office the night before so this includes making my lunch, packing my bag & laying out my clothes to save time in the morning.
Get ready for Pilates - usually I go to Pilates in the morning before work, but on this particular day I needed more sleep so I booked an 8 pm class. I also put an Olaplex mask in my hair so it can sit during class.
Dinner - since class was so late I needed to eat dinner before, so I quickly made some blackened shrimp with rice on scooped out cucumbers. SO GOOD.
7:40 pm - I leave for Pilates 20 mins before to arrive ~10 mins early! Class is 50 mins so it ended around 8:50 and I got home at 9:15 ish
Protein - when I got home from class I quickly drank a protein drink & a bar. These Barebell bars from Trader Joeβs are my faaaavorite. Iβm not a huge bar girl either but they are so good.
Shower/PJs/Water - post shower I threw on my SKIMS boyfriend set. Itβs actually the softest thing Iβve ever put on my body and I need to buy it in every color. I also alwayssss make sure I fill up my Hydroflask before bed - i never fail to wake up in the middle of the night so thirsty.
10:00 pm - Bedtime of course with my Hatch alarmππ
