236lbs- 190 lbs and counting!!

After I gave birth to my first baby I was down in the DUMPS!! Postpartum is so rough! But I slowly started to realize she is going to need/want me, and I want to be able to keep up! ❤️

1. I started reading a book every night before bed instead of being on my phone (idk if there is science behind it but i can swear less screen time contributes to weight)🫡

2. WATER WATER WATER….

3. Dont be ashamed to ask for help!!! (I really struggled with getting the weight off after my daughter so I asked my Dr and he gave me a prescription to kickstart my weightloss and guess what… I DIDNT GAIN IT ALL BACK!!)

4.If you wouldn’t feed your baby it don’t feed your body it….(obviously you wouldn’t feed your kid greasy fatty food all the time so don’t do it to yourself either)

5.Get outside!! Babies love to explore and its good for their development!

6. Exercise (I started with Yoga and then moved to cardio/weights. Start small)

7.Don’t restrict yourself just learn moderation.
