My sister passed away in 2022. This year, I visited the tattoo artist that gave her the tattoo on the top. I got the tattoo on the bottom. You see, 2 months before she passed away, she lost her boyfriend of 7 years due to a cancer seizure he unexpectedly had. So she got the skeleton hand tattoo in his honor.
