Feels like summer dinner inspo

I have been devouring anything salad based! This one is really a mix of everything we had leftover from Easter dinner but it was a HIT!

Left over brisket, some roasted potatoes and some salad on the side! My husband covered his with blue cheese, I stayed true to the bbq theme and adds barbecue sauce on mine!
