Calm Kits - To Help Children Manage Emotions

Do your kids have a Calm Down Kit? I created these fun kits my kids can grab and take to a quiet space when they are having some hard to deal with emotions.

The baskets are filled with, favorite plushies, fidgets, bubbles (to help with breath work), notebook, sketchbooks, drawing materials and a reading book.
