Bonjour, my fellow foodies! Today, we are exploring a restaurant with only one thing on the menu… STEAK AND FRITES!! Join me at Le Relais de l'Entrecôte, where the lines are long but the menu is short. This is an iconic gem in the middle of Paris and a must try whenever you’re in town.

What sets Le Relais de l'Entrecôte apart is their dedication to perfection in a single dish—their famous entrecôte steak! This french restaurant has mastered the art of simplicity by focusing on what they do best, offering a mouthwatering dining experience since 1959. The menu features their signature steak accompanied by their secret sauce and a side of crispy golden fries. Did I mention the fries are unlimited?!

Though the line was very long (1.5 hours to be exact), the moment my first bite of the perfectly cooked entrecôte steak (medium rare duh) touched my lips, I was done for! The tender meat, infused with such a rich sauce, created a symphony of taste ala Remy when he had the strawberry and cheese in Ratatouille. A perfect bite consisted of medium rare steak, crispy fries and then dredged in that special sauce. Finish off that perfect bite with a sip of your red wine and watch as your mouth starts a celebration!

For dessert we finished strong with a Vacherins- a splendid dessert with meringues, vanilla ice cream, raspberry sorbet and topped with a raspberry coulis and chantilly cream. (I’m drooling just typing this)

Le Relais de l'Entrecôte is a place where simplicity meets elegance, and flavors take center stage. The ambiance is truly Persian with warm wood walls and vintage posters everywhere! So so cozy.
