One of my favorite parts of my fitness journey has been losing weight in my face
Not only did I lose fat overall, but my face is much less inflamed now and I’m sooo happy with it
So I wanted to share 2 quick tips to achieve this! 🩷
1. Daily movement
This is a huge step in achieving overall weight loss
Moving in whatever way you love to overall burn calories and just regulate your body can help in reducing inflammation and losing weight!
2. Eating whole nutritious meals
One of the key things that aided in my weight loss was eating in a calorie deficit, because that’s how you actually lose weight scientifically. But, eating WHOLE foods to aid in gut health made a huge difference in my overall inflammation levels!
