These 3 things are crucial if you want to start growing your glutes! Once I started doing these 3 things I actually started to see glute growth!!

1. Progressive overload. There’s so many ways you progressive overload during your workouts such as increasing volume, intensity, building strength etc. it’s important to use this to build muscle

2. Calorie surplus. Majority of the time, you will need to eat more calories than you burn in order to put on mass. This will come with muscle as well as some fat, which you can cut off through a cutting phase after you grow desired muscle

3. Glute workouts twice a week. This goes with the progressive overload point, as you will need to do a good amount of glute sets in a week to build muscle and will need to be dispersed amongst 2 different days to avoid over training
