My hair care routine has become very specific ever since working out often. My main goal is to maintain a healthy scalp and protect my ends from damage
I get a lot of build up of dry shampoo and sweat in my scalp because of gym so here’s what I do to keep my hair healthy!
1. Double shampoo
2. Hair mask once a week
3. Conditioner
3. Leave in conditioner
4. Hair oil
5. Once a week I do a scalp oil mask
6. I massage my scalp as often as I can
7. I wash my hair 3-4x a week (hair training doesn’t work for me)
