Make Vegan Big Mac Tacos With me 🍔🌮

Have y'all been seeing the viral Big Mac Tacos? I was so excited to make these vegan, and they did not disappoint! 😋

Most of the pictures are self-explanatory. There were 101 big mac sauce recipes, so I took bits and pieces from each and improvised.. don't come for me 🤣 it was tasty!!

I cooked using medium heat and an oiled skillet. I cooked it "beef" side down for 3-4 min, then flipped them, added my violife cheese, and covered and cooked for 2 additional minutes.

I then assembled them, diced onion, pickle slice, lettuce, then sauce. They were so delicious!! literally like a burger taco 🍔🌮
