TARGET $17 Lunch Meal Prep 🥣

This is what I'm having for lunch this week. I love a quick meal prep. This one took me about 20 mins top to prepare, and I like my meals under $20! It's a win-win! All items can be found in the produce section of your Super Target. 🛒

I did break my tofu down into smaller pieces. I seasoned everything! lol 🤣 I like my food with flavor 😋. The broccoli had the steam-in-bag option for the microwave, so I did that, and the potatoes went into the microwave as well! The mushrooms and tofu I cooked on the stove in a frying pan. Did I mention minimum clean-up? 🧼 win-win, WIN!
