New Classroom Management Technique for teachers!

This phone has SAVED me multiple times when I was teaching or in reading groups. I first approached the topic by telling students that when I am teaching and if something is seriously wrong, they may tell me. However, if it is something that they can work out on their own they cannot tell me in that moment. This is a way to allow students to talk about what they are struggling with, face that adversity and then try to fix it themselves. If it is an emergency and I need to be interrupted they know they are allowed to.
