HOW - TO: Vision Board

Never made a vision board before? That’s okay ! I’ll show you the basics.

BEFORE, you start it’s good to have an idea on what you want on your vision board. For example: let’s say my goal is to eat healthy, so I’ll put healthy recipes or vegetables on my vision board.

Or you can always be spontaneous too!

Pinterest has some really good examples of vision boards too.

SUPPLIES:

- Poster Board (can be any size)

- Adhesive / Seal (used as a overlay when done with board)

- Glue Stick

- Magazines or pictures

- Scissors

- Stickers

- Brush

- Good time :)

AFTER, you have your supplies you can begin and decorate your poster board however you like.

Remember to have fun with it.

A vision board is used to have a physical representation and reminder of the goals you want to achieve by a certain time.
