I got diagnosed with pcos in 2016 and my doctor wanted to put me on metformin (idk how to spell it) and birth control and I wanted to take neither 😂

So I changed my diet, and my periods came back and I didn’t have many cysts.

// don’t get me wrong I am still learning things about pcos and how to help it.

But one thing that’s been a big help and recommend by my therapist (I got diagnosed with pmdd in 2021)

Was track my period // make sure things are going alright plus I know when my pmdd is going to be an actual demon from hell.

I’ve tried various tracker apps, but this one is hella cute and helps.

I like that you can add your partner & friends.
