Alternative sushi options - cheaper version

Itacho Sushi Takeaway SUSHI GOGO (争鲜gogo) - Junction 8

As you know inflations and increased in GST, this means it is more expensive to dine in a japanese restaurant especially those higher end ones. I had stopped going to restaurants to eat. If I have cravings for sushi, my option is to buy sushi takeaways from sushi gogo or itacho sushi takeaway.

Itacho sushi takeaway is outside bishan mrt station, next to 7-11 and bus stop. I didn’t realise the shop until i read reviews and posts about it. The fatty salmon sushi is good and only $3.50. But surprisingly it is very quiet. Hopefully more people will discover this shop, I don’t wish it to be closed due to low sales 😥

For sushi gogo, there is one outlet at bishan junction 8 basement 1. They have $2 for 3 pieces of sushi, it is not bad at all. I would go with that next time as i am not a unagi person, got quite jelak eating a box of that.

Being a smart consumer is not easy but it is possible if you do some research online or here 👍🏻
