HOW I PREPARE FOR A PHOTOSHOOT

✨ maintain a diet mainly consisting of Whole Foods and limit ultra processed foods. The week of my shoot, I limit my sodium to help reduce bloating!

✨ the night before my shoot, I make sure all of my clothes are ironed and steamed. I also make sure to eat a nutrient dense supper to fuel me for the next day

✨ the day of, I do a last minute check to make sure I have everything I need (clothes, accessories, hair, makeup, miscellaneous.)
