Opportunities from TikTok 📹

I still haven’t found my niche, but I had an initial personal mission which seems like a really small goal - IF I could help just ONE person whose struggling behind closed doors, persevere by sharing my story (depression & suicide attempt) it would all be worth it.

By starting my content creation journey mid last year, with vlogs and fitness routines on TikTok, I found myself gravitating towards advocating mental health (alongside family comedy). I then visualized myself going way out of my comfort zone - public speaking, news, podcasts with the goal to create a greater impact when it comes to lifting the mental health stigma.

Before that, I wasn’t used to speaking infront of the camera even when its in the form of short videos all due to the fear of judgement. Looking back, it was such an irrational fear that almost held me back from creating an abundance of opportunities.
