My sister was born with port-wine stain. A birthmark that covers her hands, feet, and some on her face. She always received comments about it that made her a bit insecure. She has always been my biggest inspiration and I am so HONORED to write a book where she, Jackie, is the main character. This is a story about how Jackie always looks at the positive in every situation to overcome her adversities. She meets a friend who reassures her that she is beautiful inside and out.
