Raw honey has so many benefits and growing up on a farm taught me this ! I no longer live on a farm, and we are a four person household that lives off of one income so money does not always accommodate the foods that we would like to have! However, being pregnant, I have been very mindful in the foods that I am ingesting, and one of the things I have been purposely, adding to the budget is raw honey!
