Freezer meal ideas | Family of 4 |

I am a huge meal planner kind of mom and with my third baby just being a few weeks away from being born I have a deep freezer in the garage, full of freezer meals and freezer food fully prepared & waiting for the end of the third trimester and beginning of the fourth trimester!

Freezer meal prepping is something that I never did with my second baby, and really regretted that!

I do get help from family & friends and usually have a few people who bring me meals but it’s never usually quite enough so having a freezer stash can be a huge help!

Even at the stage, I am now, close to 32 weeks, it’s definitely coming in handy having meals that I can pull out of the freezer without having to worry about cooking for the week.

Having freezer foods from Costco like chicken nuggets and Kodiak pancake mix that are easy to make, and low mess, are perfect for the days that I can barely pull myself out of bed.

I am not anemic, which is a first for me out of my three pregnancies but even so I have still been very tired & lethargic so the prepped meals have already proven to be a life saver!
