What you should’ve learned in health class

Health class is already so brief and it blows my mind that only 1 semester is allocated to learning how to take care of the physical body. This being said, health class usually completely neglects the emotional and mental health education that would benefit adolescence in their development and ability to form healthy relationships. One day I hope to create a holistic health class for all ages.
