My friend and I spent 3D2N at Taichung and have to say i really loved Taichung more than the other cities i been too.

Places i would recommend you to visit are here

1. Miyahara

Rating : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Miyahara sells a lot of biscuit like taiwan famous tai yang bing and pineapple tarts. They do sell this Bo Bing which tasted like macaron which really caught my attention at the start because the display was amazing !! We visited the place in the morning when they just opened and let me just say it’s already packed with people!! When i say me and my friend spent lik crazy there, we really did. They had this promotion where if you buy this 5000NT coupon, you could get a 5580NT worth, so technically is like paying 5000NT for 5580NT worth of goods. We had a very hard time understanding how the coupon works but eventually understood it, so of course we bought it as we hit 5000NT easily. The coupon not only can be used for it biscuit and pastries, it can be used for the ice cream shop right beside the pastry shop. Y’all should just go check it out !!

2. Cat Foam Cafe

Rating : ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 (3.5/5)

okay, yes i rated it 3.5 why? The cafe itself is very cute and yes they sell the chocolate in the mug where its thrs the kewt cat foam hanging around. its tiramisu. However, the minimum purchase of this cafe was one person must order one drink to dine in. It’s cute and everything but it’s worth the hype i guess? HAHAHA once was enough but i would only go back for the small shop upstairs which sells these ‘censored’ keychains and everything !!

3. shengping village

Rating : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Okay i’m being bias now but if you love to explore tents booths, small businesses, you would love this place !! We went there abit too early but we were just in time after having our lunch at come true cafe which is also located at this village!! They sell different types of accessories, ranging from crystals to necklaces to leather bracelets to dogs food and human food too. It’s js too nice !! But yeshh, i love this place a lot and i would come back to explore the small businesses there again!!

4. Lala port

rating : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is awesome. it’s so big and you can explore till you drop !! CAN I JUST SAY the toilet is amazing there !! like i’m not kidding HAHAHAH. Their kopitiam is huge and we ate this curry pork katsu, wahh it’s so good !! i loving it eh!! You all should go check out Gu over there because it’s just too good. There’s a south wing and north wing if i remembered correctly and just let yourself flow through the mall !! HAHAHAH
