how to store your sourdough loaf

Lasttttt post for now about my sourdough, but I’m really just so excited I did it and tried something new!!!

You can keep your sourdough for extra long if you give her a slice and then store her in the fridge with as much air squished out of the bag as possible. When you’re ready to eat, take a slice out and pop it in the toaster.
