Traveling can be fun & freeing & exciting until you go to grab your wallet from your purse & it’s missing! Or you reach for your phone in your back pocket & it isn’t there! 😅

Pickpockets are skilled thieves who target tourists, so here are my tips on how to avoid them:

1. Keep your valuables in front of you.

2. Don’t talk to strangers.. especially if you’re approached in a large public area. Talking to the stranger serving you gelato in Italy is okay ;)

3. Be aware of your surroundings.
