Daily Essentials As a Healthcare Worker

Okurrrr my Lemons,

I was in healthcare for 15 years and these photos were taken last year and I would honestly have to say Covid was the worst time working because of all the deaths, heartbreaks, and families not being able to visit their loved ones and WE had to sit bedside watching our patients die without them!

It was tough and soooo hard, I cried many nights and most nights were sleepless because everything we saw and did took a toll on me.

Here are my essential items that I could not go without while working in the healthcare field!

Must Haves:

~COFFEE for Energy and I mean lots of it

~Stethoscope (obviously you know why)

~first aide kits (wound care)

~hand sanitizer (always have a couple on me)

~Nurse Bag ( to carry all my sh**)

~pens, yes that’s right pens, pens, and more pens!

I have since quit the healthcare field so I could raise my daughter and be a stay at home mom running a company!

I am very blessed to have experienced and have what I have and I love my life!
