Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffin Casserole

Ingredients

10 oz package of Jenny-O turkey sausage (cooked)

8 - 100 calorie English muffins (cut in 6ths & halved)

2 c shredded cheese

8 eggs

1 C 2% milk

Salt + pepper

Directions

Preheat over to 325. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick oil. Add half the English muffins to the dish, cover with half the sausage, 1 C of cheese and repeat layers. In a medium sized bowl scramble eggs, milk and seasoning and pour over the muffin and sausage mixture in the dish. Cook for 40 minutes.

Bonus flavor: drizzle maple syrup
