Sonora Style inspo Hot Dogs. I’m not a fan of Hot dogs but my Husband is.

what makes these different 🤔..

Step 1: wrap the turkey hotdog with bacon, then grill or cook in pan make sure it’s cooked evenly. You want your bacon to be fully cooked.

Step 2: you will need beans (whole beans), 2 tomatoes, 2 jalapeños, 1 small onion (white or purple)

Step 3: chop tomatoes, jalapeños and onion into cubes.

Step 4: warm up another pan, and butter the hot dog buns on the out side. Place on pan and warm up on all sides evenly. Once it’s golden all around place on a plate add mayo of choice, place cooked hotdog wrapped in bacon.

Step 5: Top hotdog with tomato, jalapeño, onion, ketchup and mustard of choice.
