8mins fried rice recipe 🍚 🍳
Ingredients:
- Kelly’s chicken luncheon meat 🐔(No MSG added - less salty)
- Shanghai greens (use long beans/green beans for better texture & extra crunch 🤤)
- 4 eggs (mix 2 egg yolks only into the overnight rice and give it a good mix for nicer colour)
- Chicken Powder (1 teaspoon)
- Light Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon)
- Pepper (adjust accordingly to preference)
Steps:
- prepare ingredients beforehand
- dice luncheon meat/ chopped veges/ crack eggs
- add oil and stir fry luncheon meat till golden brown
- mix in your greens and stir fry lightly (set aside once done)
- stir fry eggs & add in yolk coated rice
- add in seasonings (1 table spoon chicken powder, pepper & 2 tablespoon soy sauce)
- stir fry for 2-3 mins before adding in the rest of the ingredients (vege & luncheon meat)
- continue stir frying for 1 min
- Serve & Enjoy (add garlic chilli for best taste 👅 🙌🏻)
