Step 2: apply non wipe topcoat (don’t cure)

Step 3: use fix it gel pen & dot each diamond on (cure)

🌟Tips: cure each diamond for 3 secs after placement so it won’t move around & than cure in the LED lamp for an extra 180 secs to ensure rhinestones won’t fall off
