SELFCARE ESSENTIALS

As a girl who has anxiety and add I get very stressed out sometimes. I will not cut out as much time as I should for myself. I have been learning how good it is for me to have self care days. To make my self care day or night complete I like to use these products.

The first product I love to use after a bath is the Caudalie glow oil elixir on my skin. It is also very good to use after shaving your legs etc. I have also used it on my hair and it made it very soft. I love the packaging of this product and the smell.

The next product I love is a face mask that’s moisturizing by True Botanicals. I have a huge collection of skincare from them as well as body care. When I feel like my skin needs extra hydration or a pick me up I like to use this mask.

Next up is the bubble bath from True Botanicals. I think that a self care night isn’t complete without a bath. I am obsessed with this product and the smell. It makes my bath so much more relaxing.

The next product I like to use on a self care is the cuticle moisturizer by Badger. I am always using my hands for things and my cuticles can look tough. After using this product they look hydrated and they’re smooth.

I love to use the Peter Thomas Roth eye patches when my dark circles are showing. It is so relaxing to use when taking a bath. They are cool to the touch and I let them sit for 10 minutes.

When I want to have a relaxing shower I will use the Lujo Bar eucalyptus shower steamers. They smell amazing and my whole bathroom will smell like it afterwards.

Another bath product by True Botanicals I recommend is the bath soak. The scent is strong but it is so relaxing and makes my skin smooth.

The last product I wanted to talk about is this hair mask by Goldie Locks. I tend to use it on my washing day on my hair. My hair is softer and smoother after using this mask.
