BOOK REVIEW: If He Had Been With Me

When starting this book I had very high expectations after reading everyone’s reviews saying it’s the most heartbreaking book they’ve read. I left fairly disappointed with it unfortunately ☹️

The majority of the book I was waiting for them to grow up into adulthood together, so I might just not be apart of the target audience. There were sad parts for sure but it didn’t leave me bawling for days like many others have said.

Overall I gave this book a 5/10
