UOB deduct my hard earn UNI$ just like that?! 😱

Hello zesties.

It got me a scare seeing my miles got deducted out of nowhere when checking out the UOBTMRW app..

For those with UOB card, do note for annual fee if there are enough UNI$ for them to waive off, UOB will auto deduct from there without any push alerts, email, SMS or call.

If not enough UNI$ on the deduction, it will show the deduction on your card statement.

But not to worry, like any credit card you can just call in to ask to waive off. But note it will be case by case basis depending on your spending health.

After <1 week, I got my UOB$ refunded back!

And they also renewed the expiry date of the UNI$.

Im a happy girl again 😄. ✈
