eating at a michelin star resturant

this was such an expensive dinner but its always been a dream of mine to eat at a michelin star restaurant and where better than in spain? truly this dinner was so amazing so delicious and fun. i love a tasting menu. this was just the dinner and ill be posting the desserts soon :)

this dinner was mostly seafood. they included some jamon in one of the butters and the bowl with lots of chives but the only meat based dish was the final one which was quail. everything tastes so amazing im so happy i was able to go and treat my mom and brother to this!!
