Sunday reset!

Sunday’s are normally my days to sleep in a bit longer and move slower. I love starting my Sundays with a run to get outside. Today's run was a quick 4 miles through Golden gate park. It was sooo nice out. Ended super sweaty lol. I took the long way home and got to walk on the beach. It's my favorite thing to do after a run.

Headed back home to shower, stretch and get in a bit of cleaning. I'm a clean as I go person which really helps avoid things piling up. I love playing my records as I clean up. My Sunday spins ep.12 is on my Spotify profile if you want to join in and listen.

After cleaning I was really craving chocolate so I made my favorite dark chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. The rest of the day was spent laying on my couch!
