i deleted instagram

i been back and forth on and off of insta.

ive been off tik tok for many months now, and i deleted my twitter too. i did this because i always ALWAYS found myself doom scrolling, or comparing myself to others. but ive been on lemon8 for a few months now and it helps me want to get better and when i do find myself comparing i shut it down and breathe. i took this picture today and i wanted to post it on instagram but i deleted the app.😭😭🤦🏻‍♀️
