this is one of my favorites smoothies from Tropical Smoothie 🥤 even though it comes with

peanut 🥜

chocolate 🍫 &

banana 🍌

I opted out on the chocolate because the location i go puts way too much chocolate.

This is good meal replacement if ur not really hungry .There are better options though if u want a healthy smoothie 🥤

such as island green 💚 which is only 420 calories #lemon8diarychallenge
