Lemon Raspberry refresher🍋

Finally the Sun is out and I decided to share one of my favorite refresher for sunny days.

Raspberry lemon refresher is a delicious and refreshing drink that's perfect for hot spring/summer days. Here's a simple recipe to make it at home:

Recipe:

1/2 cup of Raspberries

2 slices of lemon or freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ice cubes

Soda or seltzer of your choice ( I used raspberry Poppi soda, which is so delicious)

You can add honey or agave syrop for sweetness

Garnish with lemon slice

Instructions:

In a glass put the fresh raspberries and mix until smooth.

Add lemon juice and lemon slices , and honey or agave syrup until well combined.

Filled a glass with ice cubes.

Add sparkling water to the glass and stir gently.

Garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

You can adjust the sweetness and tartness of the drink by adding more or less honey or lemon juice, depending on your taste preferences.
