Pre Electrical Reno Tips to Avoid Messy Cables🛜

Hey everyone! 👋

Sharing some tips for achieving a seamlessly organized TV cable management system. Trust me, it'll make a huge difference in the look of your living room! Here's what you need to do before starting your renovation:

1️⃣ Electrician: Make sure to let your electrician know the exact location for your modem, router, open net, and the number of switches you need. They'll take care of running concealed wirings behind your TV.

2️⃣ Contact Netlink Trust Singapore: Give them a call to set up an appointment for installing open net. It's an essential step! I’ve included the LINK here for easy reference 🥰

3️⃣ Choose your modem and router: After doing some research, we went for the ViewQuest modem and Nightgear Nighthawk router ( HERE ). They're compact enough to be concealed behind our TV in the custom TV niche.( I’m sure there are other factors that my husband considered for)

4️⃣ TV Seller: When buying a TV, opt for one with a wall-mounted swivel that can be attached behind it. Trust me, it's worth paying for professional installation. DIYing it can be quite a challenge!

5️⃣ ID/Carpenter: Provide your ID or carpenter with the exact dimensions of your TV and let them know it’s a wall mounted TV too. This way, they can create a niche that perfectly fits the TV and even leave space below for a soundbar (check out picture 4).

And voila! You'll have a beautifully organized TV area with no visible clutter or messy cables. 📺🔌 Hope these tips come in handy for you all!
